    Acer Aspire V5-131-2840 Blue Power LED Blinks

    My wife's Acer Aspire V5-131-2840 will not start up. I press the power button and the power LED blinks blue 5 times, and then remains off. Nothing else happens. It is 15 months old, and just out of warranty.
