I'm having trouble with mine, too. I can't get on internet, can't get into settings. Getting error messages whenever I try anything...UI fail, launcher fail, settings fail, apps fail, etc. I tried hard reset instructions, but it takes me to a menu where my only choices are power off, reboot...
