Sorry for the double post lol just wanted to update that the P/N that i gave before was wrong . its actually CN-0YGRK4 ; also just tested dc in jack with the multimeter and it seems to be working good so the mobo must be the problem.

Dont worry thanks for the attention to both of you. I will test it out tomorrow with the voltimeter (at least the fuse and the dc jack) If i find something i will update this thread I wish i could pick both of you as solution

Actually nop, it was turned off but i have heard there can still be a shortcircuit if the battery is not removed. All i did was turn it upside down and get the HDD out from the back and since then it never turn on again.
