thanks for the advice thought i might have to get a new one. any advice on how to go about purchasing a new hhd? will i have to pay someone to put it in my laptop for me?

I have recently had trouble with my laptop so factory resetted it but still was very slow and unstable so factory reset it again with no change. I ran a S.M.A.R.T test on the hard drive as i read on google my problem may be how old my hard drive is (going on 5/6 years). The result was caution...
