Try this also, run the game on Full Screen. Mine was set to Windowed and it was running at 15-25fps. Changed to Full Screen and now sits on 100-120fps. I did all that other stuff like unparking cores, changing in game video settings, even had to paste something in my BF4 folder on notepad, but...
