    Just purchased Sennheiser G4ME ZERO headphones. Sound quality isn't very good.

    I had the same tinny sound issue and fortunately it was a very simple fix. The 2.5 mm plug that plug that connects the audio cable to the head phones was not seated correctly. I simply pushed this in all the way and the problem was fixed.
