what the,ok that sucks for you I recommend straight talk they give you 5gb of 4glte data on either,att,verizon(capped at 5mbps),sprint,tmobile for 45$ plus tax after that you have unlimited 2g internet. and always unlimited call/text if you decide you dont want it you just don't pay for it it's...- Mitch94

my phone won't give me an option to go to the home screen
pop out the battery it may be that it's soft bricked if so when it turn back on it will freeze again if it does indeed freeze again pop out the battey one more time and put it back in this time hold the home button volume up and power key until you see blue text appear on the top - left corner...- Mitch94
