    My new toshiba satellite c50-b-14d is stuck on configuring windows features,it say 100% complete and don't turn off your compu

    Same issue on mine. Stuck on "Configuring Windows Updates 100% Complete Don't turn off your computer" Been like that for about 20 minutes now, took about 15 for it to make it to 100%
