    I reset my computer to factory reset an now all I have on the screen is ( setup is starting services )this has been going on f

    I have the same issue. No it doesn't freeze. Just keeps repeating same process.

    how do I restart my computer after factory reset?

    I restored my computer back to factory settings and now windows starts to load but then an error occurs and tells me to restart. Same message keeps coming up. Gateway.
