works fine on mine IE: dell inspiron Intel i7 2ghz quad core 8gs mem, 500 gs hd. sounds like a memory problem to me. as windows is upgraded to newer versions always needs that extra ram to get it going. try installing win 7 home if it works then there is something lacking in your setup. best i...
