Hello, The mouse on my acer laptop has stopped responding. I've tried restarting the laptop, unplugging it and taking out the battery. I tried going to the control panel but am unable to select "settings" for mouse. Do I need a new mouse pad?Could it be a hardware issue? Please help. Thanks
