Of these two I would recommend the Asus one. It comes with a much larger SSD, DDR4 memory, and an i7. A GTX 960M really doesn't need 4GB of VRAM because it simply won't run games very well if the settings are cranked up to the point where ~4GB is used. The larger VRAM would only really benefit...
The G430 is a great gaming headset. In terms of comfort, audio, and features there's really no competitor for it. Comparable headsets from brands like HyperX and Razer are more expensive.
A dGPU will be a significant help in any application that supports GPU acceleration, Intel's iGPUs are really just included to remove the need for a dGPU in certain machines like ultrabooks, mini-PCs et cetera. I'd go for the Phantom.
If it's just media streaming (no need for fast response for things like gaming) a Google Chromecast would be a good idea. You can stream any webpage with it and there are Chrome apps that let you stream virtually any video file. It's also very easy to set up.
