Ok, finally found a solution where i restarted in advanced mode and this default windows adapter came up under display adapters in device manager. Then I just clicked update driver software and it worked.

So I finally decided to upgrade to windows 10 and the upgrade went smoothly. I went into device manager to make sure everything was fine, but it wasn't. I reealised my 860m was not showing up. Then i realized I just had to uninstall my old display driver and then install a windows 10 one which i...
