You could try disabling your audio (realtek for example) drivers in device manager. I have the krakens and have learned to disable all other audio drivers on my system such as realtek and AMD HDMI drivers if you have them. Other than that I am sure that razer can help you if you open a support...

What sound drivers do you have on your PC? Right click audio icon on desktop > playback devices > then choose the kraken as your default device.
