What model is your laptop? Most of the HP/Compaq laptops I've worked with use one screw and the whole unit comes out. I use a generic caddy with a 1tb drive in mine (its not going great for me), but I don't recommend this setup. Not to be those people who go "1% risk don't even THINK about...
