    On the contrary. Any loose sodder joint or connection of CPU or IC chip could be the culprit. As the machine cools down, connections can be reestablished. Perhaps the battery may have fully discharged and allowed the machine to reset. It's all speculation. -MrMasco

    Make sure your current OS is updated. Then when you run the Windows 10 Media Creation tool, do not checkmark to download updates. Just get Windows 10 barebones system in there. You can download updates after the system is updated successfully-MrMAsco

    First run command prompt as administrator and type powercfg -energy Check the log file for any alerts Then Use DriverBooster7 (free) to update to the latest drivers and update your bios. My 2 cents -MrMasco
