i use lenovo ideapad 14IBD. Why i cant turn on my laptop ? it will turn on only when i put my charger. if not my laptop doesnt

Hello Friends, I'm a newbie in general to the tech world and it sounds moronic even to me. I have some ideas but I'm not sire why I appear to have 2 processors under 'devices and printers' with exactly the same name. Does anyone have any advice?
