Use DDU again, uninstall both Intel and AMD drivers, then reinstall the AMD drivers one more time see if that fixes the resolution

It could be anything really. I take it this is a laptop GPU. Try checking your temps for the GPU as this is a huge issue in alot of laptops, also make sure you have disabled your Intel HD graphics. Could also be your gpu is dying, how old is the laptop? Might be worth checking to see if you can...

Turns out I was being too gentle with the video wire and it wasnt in all the way it was slightly different on the new one and had to be clicked into place its all working now thank god :)

OMG THEY ARE WORKING AGAIN it was something to do with my keyboard, I unplugged it and plugged it back in and they work
