    Acer extensa 4620z seems like a boot loop Someone Please Help.

    My acer extensa 4620z laptop won't boot it just keep saying "JPXRO is compressed and press ctrl+alt+del to restart" I did just that but it just keeps saying the same thing. What should I do to fix this?
