The 85 wasn't under load but I disabled turbo boost and now its at just under 60.

I have an Inspiron n5010 with an i5 480M. The core temperatures were getting up to 105 degrees so I took it apart and blew some pretty large clumps of dust out of the fan/heatsink and now its getting up to 85. Is this the normal temperature or should I apply new thermal paste? Also, its...
