Make sure you clean it. Try tipping it, then shaking it. Some things might come out. Maybe taking a little peek GENTLY below it. Maybe try gently putting your finger on the key, then moving your finger in a circular motion. Feel anything? If so, if it might be a corn flake, (my guess) just crush...
