On your volume button in bottom-right corner, right click and go on 'Playback devices'. Then check if your headphones are 1. on that list of devices, and if so: 2. that your headphones are the default playback device (right click on them to see).

Well if nothing else happens on your PC then I would just forget about it. All you can do is virus/spyware scans and hope they find anything bad on your PC. Nothing else you can do, if you didn't manage to read the whole message that popped up.
