I just saw that seiki are making new 4k monitors.. Should I wait and get that?

Out of those two which one do you think is better?

I need a 4k TV for my bedroom around 40" as my room is quite big. I may use this with my pc (not to game) and It will mainly be used for watching blue ray and watching tv with my sky box! I was looking at the 4k seiki 39" and wanted to know what you guys will say. Oh and the cheaper the better xD
