    I have Dell and my brother has HP. My system has a better casing but his system has a light with the camera and more USB ports. So for me, both are good. it depends on your requirements.

    Yes you can. It runs on my PC core i5 2nd gen, 4GB RAM, but sucks on graphics. get a graphic card and you are good to go.
