You probably need to reinstall the drivers. Use ddu to uninstall nvidia drivers. Click clean and reboot. Now download a fresh set of drivers from nvidia's website and install. Right click on the desktop and click nvidia control panel. Pick the bottom option and pick use nvidia graphics.

Try installing the drivers from your laptops manufacturer rather than AMD.

Go into amd's control panel and make sure your amd gpu is set as the default gpu. You can change that and make it the global default. Should make the games use it

Please be more specific. I can't understand the problem from the way you worded the post. But it sounds like it's a security program issue. Disable your security service or add chrome to the list of exceptions. But again as of now I have no idea what the problem is
