    it wont work

    that wasn't the problem i did restart it and i also reset the whole phone and lost all my pics and everything when all i had to do was reboot the router. But thank you for your time and effort in trying to help me i appreciate it

    it wont work

    so i have this phone and it doesn't have any service or anything but it wont connect to the wifi and it has been doing this for 3 hours and i can't get it to work i have factory reset the phone and everything and nothing works :((
