I want to know if the motherboard that comes in the brand new is Dell made or is it Intel made? Is it ok if I go for what is suggested? Need some advice on this.

It was working just great now it needs motherboard replacement because of the careless use and some hardcore gaming. Please suggest if it's ok to replace the motherboard. Intel board available at 9500. Please suggest ASAP.
