What may cause such issue? Any ideas? I was using it almost 4 hours ago. Do you think Lenovo support can fix this? Or I must think about buying new.?

No. Same things happens using novo button.

Checked RTC. Voltage is 3.00 as it should be. Checked using multimeter.

Hi. Thank yiu for your reply. Followed the instructions step by step. No change. Removed battery, removed power plug. Pressed power button over a minute. Plugged back the power plug. Turned it on. No change. Upon power up, lights come on. Lenovo logo appears and everything shuts down instantly.

Using yoga 2 pro since over 3 years. I keep it in sleep mode . There should be over 20% battery when I closed the lid today. Came home, opened the lid and the 'Lenovo's logo appears and laptop turns off immediately. Never happened before. Can some one help please.
