Hi I recently updated my graphic drivers(I just clicked check for updates manually in device manager and it started installing on it's own and shut down) tried to restart my laptop but just shows dell logo and then the circling dots,it does not start windows Please help me with this

I have a dell inspiron 15 5555, Amd A10,radeon R6 graphics,8gb ram and 1tb hdd I want to change my hdd to sshd.Is it possible?
