Tigerdirect is not the best. Only use them if getting new! My friend works for HP and he says they get people asking about their warrantys. They have to dishonor it because the computer was sold to some one else. ONLY use Tigerdirect if getting NEW!

Buying from small unknown companies are not a good ideas. Go through eBay, Amazon, or Neweeg and you will be fine. If you want a custom laptop go through Digital Storm. They make good computers and are a good company.

It is really up to what you want. The problem with small laptops is they can not hold large batterys. That will result in lower battery life.
