    If it was stolen, check to see if the bus you rode on has security cameras. I know those are becoming standard now on many transit operators. If they do, see if the police can track down the perp using that footage, but it's a long shot. Sorry to hear about losing your laptop.

    You either need to ask politely or somehow know the username and password to get into the router with the web interface.

    Cellular Apps on an iPhone

    If you're going for an iPhone, then the answer is no it will not have any Verizon bloat apps on there. Apple won't allow carrier software like that to be pre-installed. You do have the option of installing it yourself from the App Store (apps like My Verizon).
