    My fone does not have the option to format so card to internal memory, what do I do

    I got an imitation Samsung 9+. It was gifted to me as the real deal,I have just realised it.It shows internal memory of 64gb phone storage of 12mb, I have mounted the sd card which is 4gb but it won't let me download any app, for example WhatsApp and any small games. Please help
