I have a very bad issue with my Asus Q502L Laptop. The screen is black, and only the battery light and caps lock key is on. The fan is not spinning at all. I did not drop it. There is minimal to no damage to the laptop. I tried the Power + F2 trixk, but it didn't work at all. I need some dire help!
