I have tried it on other devices. It works fine on my phone. I want to see if I can fix it before I exchange it in fear that nothing is really wrong.

I bought a Kotion Each G9000 and it never appears in any place you would devices but the sounds works. The only problem is the microphone. I can't find it and it doesn't work. I use the 3.5mm 4-pin plug that comes with the headset. I'm on Windows 10. All drivers are up to date and nothing...
