    In the UK its legal because none of the media is reproduced, only shown, but the the US (where I live which is why I immediately pulled the illegal card), it is illegal under copyright laws, for the same reason you can't post an entire, unedited movie on youtube.

    Nothing in that range will exceed a n Intel cleareon with a 32 bit operating system. I think it's best to either save more money or condsier second hand hardware.
