    HDMI laptop to tv connection problem

    I have connected my laptop to my tv with HDMI lead and always worked fine. Tried it this evening and it keeps saying on the tv no signal. Have tried the laptop and lead on my parents and it's fine. Any ideas what might be wrong on my tv settings?
