if your system currently runs at windows 7 check the power options and check the checkbox saying "warn me if my battery needs replacement" and after that it will notify if your battery needs to be replaced youll need to do this because you dont know maybe its just a problem with the cord

if you want to factory reset ! just wipe all the data and install a new os and it will no longer ask you passwords

i dont think you have a built in bluetooth radio ! i think you should get a Bluetooth usb for you...

if you have a built in driver go to control panel and enable it or youll have to plug a bluetooth usb
