    Turbo boost would usually be reason enough for me. I suppose the question is, do you want performance or do you want visual quality. Your answer there will determine if you want the marginal increase from the i5 or the 1080p anti glare

    Hi Brett, Thanks for your reply! Yes I'm positive it's not overheating, I used the normal methods from a thermal imaging camera to an infra-red thermometer. The temperatures idling with no fan spinning are fairly acceptable. WITH the fan hitting 100% the core of the laptop sits @ 24degrees...

    Don't forget to make sure the connection has the same poles (depending on your laptop it can be positive (+) in the middle and negative (-) on the outside or the other way around entirely)
