If you have an AMD card you can use their own software to do it. For nVidia cards, you have to use a 3rd party tool like MSI Afterburner (the included RTSS supports this feature) or bandicam.

I've used it for a long time. Always back up your registry first (CCleaner itself lets you do that) and you should be ok. If your uncomfortable deleting specific keys, you can also uncheck them.

Why not use your router?

Yeah the free version doesn't have many features but it's still the best one in terms of detection and protection. Qihoo is better than pretty much everything else, including Avast, AVG and so on.

Cleaning refers to when you're already infected. I think the blank space means that it doesn't have a separate cleaning utility. But with such a high score for protection I don't think it's an issue. The protection removes the threat before infection occurs. AVG and Avast are quite similar...

I use one just in case. Viruses have been increasing. Generally, if you only use signed/licensed apps, you should be fine without one. But if you're installing apps from the internet for whatever reason, it's best to have one.
