    Can you elaborate when you see the black screen and mouse is it some program or at desktop. Have you installed any new program and driver.?

    My sim lost how to block my sim

    Do a FIR and take a copy to IDEA Centre. They will issue you the duplicate sim and will deactivate the sim you have lost.
