lets say i want to read the ip addresses of all available wifi in the area, there is no way to do it and it bo ggles me. is there a way of reading the routers ip address.... i have read a lot about this. cant find anything. hasnt this issue come up at all?

what i ment is if using a mac address, can you obtain an ip address from the signal scan on a regular hot spot. without being connected to it
