Hi Conect the monitor prior power on the laptop. If does not power up the monito automaticaly pres Fn+F4 few times - wayt for 4-5 sec. before next press.

On hands over you laptop i would : - dissassemble the laptop - reconnect all modules - RAM , CPU , HDD , LCD , KBD , Touchpad , Battery - put back all If there is no any life-light on it -> look for service center .....

HI The only good tought here is bad RAM stick - you can try take one out and try again one by one. But the ram stick fault is not lead to not power on at all ...... so not so possible ..... The other is bad mobo but i advise you to look for service help.
