Wow. I can't believe this just fixed my problem ( started when I upgraded to Win 8.1 and was worse on 10) Thank you SO much. I pretty much had given up watching any videos because of that and the distorted sounds, Thanks again! Now to try and figure out how to do the backup without losing all...
