go with i3-4030u+gt840m as the only difference between i3-4030u & i5-4200u is Turbo Boost feature which helps to improve performance by not more than 10% that too when used for very heavy single thread tasks,otherwise everything is exactly the same.Only they have locked the turbo boost on i3 so...
