I fixed the solution - The problem was my pc wasnt connecting any sound softwares and as a result, removing sound completely. I found out that it was because of a faulty operating system and I had to reset my os. I couldnt reset my os the usual way so i had to use my pc as a recovery background...
I found out the issue, its the realtek speakers not being able to be enabled. Its greyed out when trying to roll back and therefore, i cant fix it
- My realtek driver isnt picking up sounds.

OS - Windows 10, Specs - i7 7700k, 16 GB RAM and 1070 gtx, - Im trying to figure out why all my sound related devices/components seem to not be connected to anything. This all happened when I decided to put a usb cable to the rear side of pc usb slots.

Even the nvida says its not connected but its working fine? I don't think its the PCI-E card because all other usb ports work as I'm using my mouse, ect.
