I have the same problem T Mobile too.....we have 3 phones with them we cancelled contracts although there was 3 months remaining however Tmobile didnt cancel them and one of them ran up a 650 pound bill. Ringing poland and italy erm we have never rang abroad on our phones nor do we know anyone...
