    Solved! I have a samsung j3 prime..was given to me by a family member..cant unlock it thru metro pc app ..keeps saying "unlock denied"

    90 day plan of samsung j3 prime has come and gone...a phone which I received from a family member from u.s.a....im in Tonga...would like to use the phone in my region...can anyone help pls
