Hello, I have a Lenovo Thinkpad X220. I am trying to install OS X via a guide I found online. The first step is update the bios to the latest version. I have never done this before and was wondering could somebody tell me how to or show me a good tutorial on it? Thanks

So I just bought a lenovo x220 and I have Windows 7 on it. The only thing installed is the OS. I am going to put a ssd in to replace the mechanical hard drive. I want to keep the OS because I don't want to have to buy windows. I want to do a clean install on the ssd to make sure it is installed...
