    When I look at my task manager, it says I have 75 or more processes running. Isn't this kind of excessive? Would this be why

    Wouldnt you be able to fix this by uninstalled bloatware / stupid programs that you don't need? Most prebuilt stuff comes with stuff you'll never use /bloatware so remove a bunch of crap you dont use or dont care about and then see.

    It wont be 60fps all the time even on 1080p on ultra you'll have to turn some stuff down
