    Interesting, so there is definitely no other available software? Perhaps it wouldn't hurt to get in touch with the lenovo support team. I wouldn't doubt that they would be able to replace the lost files

    You'll most likely need to re download the driver software for the keyboard's lighting functions.

    Have you checked your browser extensions? My process for problems like this is 1) remove any unwanted extensions/programs that are installed in the browser and on the computer 2) run a full scan using malwarebytes 3) quarantine and delete any malware
